chinese boiled pork belly

- 400 grams of pork belly shopping list
- water for boiling shopping list
- for the sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs of minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tbs of finely sliced chilli pepper shopping list
- 1 tbs of finely sliced basil (chinese basil) shopping list
- 1 tbs of finely sliced scallion shopping list
- 4 tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- a little pinch of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- when water boils cook pork until very tender around 40 mins to 1 hour, finely sliced serve with the soy sauce
- for the soy sauce, just mix everything together
- it may sound very easy but believe me it tastes fantastic

I don't like pork belly cause it's too oily
but I tried this recipe, and I love ittravelandeating in Taipei loved it
