Whole Wheat Flaxseed Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds, ground
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup ricemilk or water
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How to make it
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- In a different bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
- Let sit for a few minutes.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat. Turn when surfaces are bubbly and edges start to dry.
