Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix together dry ingredients.
  • In a different bowl, mix wet ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  • Let sit for a few minutes.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium heat. Turn when surfaces are bubbly and edges start to dry.

    These are great and my kids love them. I use this recipe every weekend! I use organic 2% milk instead of rice milk though.

    We love them with real maple syrup. They are also very yummy with a nut butter (almond is my fave) + maple syrup.

    I love the idea of a healthier pancake, so I'll have to try these. They would probably be especially good with a fresh fruit syrup of some kind.
