Spicy Crockpot Beef Pot Roast Recipe

How to make it

  • Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook 1 hour on high, reduce setting to low, and cook an additional 8-10 hours. Remove roast and slice. Sauce may be thickened with a little flour if desired, and served over roast.
