How to make it

  • 1. Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic and lemon zest and lemon pepper seasoning. Sauté about 3 minutes.
  • 2. Add peas and carrots and sauté until peas are thawed and carrots are slightly cooked.
  • 3. Stir in Lemon juice, chicken, marinade and basil. Continue cooking until chicken is heated through
  • 4. Add drained pasta to mixture
  • 5. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
