Chicken Parmesan

- Thin thin thin chicken cutlets shopping list
- Italian style bread crumbs shopping list
- Freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese shopping list
- eggs shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- Fresh or shredded Mozzarella shopping list
- basil shopping list
- olive oil or butter for frying shopping list
- marinara sauce (I prefer homemade) shopping list
How to make it
- Chicken Cutlets:
- Place cheese in breading dish
- Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs and put in separate breading dish
- Lightly whisk eggs and place in bowl
- Rince chicken under water
- Place in the cheese
- Dip in the egg
- Then place in the breadcrumbs
- Once all are breaded cook in frying pan with either olive oil or butter about 7 min on each side
- Once they are done place on a dish with a paper towel to let some of the olive oil or butter to absorb on to
- Place chicken in baking dish, spoon Marinara sauce on the chicken, followed by the mozarella.
- Put in a 350 degree oven until everything is nice and hot and melted. Garnish with basil, eat and enjoy!
