Artichoke Dip
From shoebearsmom 17 years agoIngredients
- 2 cloves of garlic (I use the minced garlic from a jar, but check the jar for comparable measurements) shopping list
- 8 oz mayonnaise shopping list
- 6 oz parmesan cheese (fresh; not canned) shopping list
- 1 can artichokes (cut into small pieces) shopping list
- crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together and bake for ½ hour at 350º. Serve with crackers. (I usually buy the Pepperidge Farm Quartet which has four different crackers in it.) I bake mine in a small cooking dish from Pampered Chef. It’s not very big. It’s very easy to make. You’ll need a garlic press for the garlic if you use fresh. Then cut up the artichokes and mix the mayo and cheese and stir together. Enjoy!
