Acorn Squash and Apple bake

I love this wonderful fall recipe. A great taste of squash and apples with a sweet sugar sauce drizzled over the top!

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and peel squash
Arrange in a sprayed 12 x 8-inch baking dish and top with apples
Combine remaing ingredients in a small bowl; spoon over apple slices.
Cover tightly with foil
Bake at 350* fpr 1 1/4 hours.

I won't make it because I have one Acorn Squash. I don't have a clue if it is small, medium or large. Why don't you list ingredients by measurements not guess work.

How did I miss this one!!! I have a recipe, that uses squash with honey and hot pepper flakes. I have not made it yet but I am sure it is good. This looks great and making it on thanksgiving!
