Baked Acron Squash

- 2 medium acorn squash, sliced crosswise in 1-inch circles, seeds removed shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground mace shopping list
How to make it
- Place squash in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Pour cider or juice over squash
- combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 325* for 45 minutes or until squash is tender
