Marinated Vegetable Salad

- 1 can French style green beans shopping list
- 1 can petite green peas shopping list
- 1 can sliced or diced carrots shopping list
- 1 can white shoepeg corn shopping list
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 med. jar diced pimiento shopping list
- 1 sm. diced bell pepper shopping list
- MARINADE: shopping list
- 1 cup salad oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 c. white vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Drain all canned vegetables well. Mix all vegetables together.
- Bring to a boil all marinade ingredients.
- Let cool thoroughly.
- Pour marinade over vegetables, mixing well.
- Cover and chill well before serving.
- Even better the second or third day!
