Awesome London Broil

Awesome simple way to prepare London Broil. Best on the rare side. Can be eaten cold or reheated - great in sammies!
Ingredients
- 3-5 pounds london broil beef shopping list
- 1/4 c oil shopping list
- 1/3 c vinegar shopping list
- 2 onions, sliced thin shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves, smashed shopping list
- 3 tbsp tamari (soy sauce) shopping list
- 3 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine everything in a large plastic bag, close well. Marinate overnight.
- Roast meat covered for 30 mins per pound of meat @400F, or until tender (be careful not to overcook)
- Let rest 20 mins before slicing as thin as possible.
