Brie Cheese Fondue

- 2 wedges of brie cheese (rind off) shopping list
- 3 Tbs of butter shopping list
- 1 tsp of garlic powder(more if you like it real garlicy) shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 green apple shopping list
- 1 red apple shopping list
- green grapes shopping list
- 2 French Bagettes shopping list
How to make it
- In a sauce pan bring cheese to a slow melt and add other ingrediants
- This appetizer does better if it is in a fondue dish with low flame underneath to keep warm.
- Serve with apple slices both red and green and grapes to drape around plate
- On other plate serve a French Bagette bread served in slices for dipping with the main fondue in the middle.
- You may want to have a small spoon to serve the fondue onto the bread.
