Chocolate Raspberry Hazlenut Parfait

- 3 cups of cold milk shopping list
- 1 cup refrigerated hazelnut nondairy creamer shopping list
- 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies shopping list
- 2 cups sliced raspberries shopping list
- whipped cream or cool- whip topping if desired shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl whisk the milk, creamer,and pudding mixes for two
- minutes
- Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set
- Spoon 1/4 cup pudding into each of 8 parfait glasses
- Sprinkle each with one tablespoon cookie crumbs
- Top with raspberries and remaining pudding and crumbs
- Refrigerate one hour before serving
- Garnish with whipped cream and red & black raspberries for nice presentation
