Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
- CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- FILLING:
- 3 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12-oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips---melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Combine all ingredients for crumb crust together
- Press crust into bottom of a 9" springform pan.
- In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth,
- then add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool.
- Chill for several hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate or sliced strawberries if desired.
