Ingredients

How to make it

  • Thaw escalloped apples in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
  • With a mixer, on medium speed, beat cream cheese, EAGLE BRAND and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon mixture down center of each Crepe; top with about 2 tablespoons escalloped apples. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a serving dish.
  • Stir cinnamon into remaining cream cheese mixture; dollop over filled Crepes, and sprinkle with pecans.

There are many websites from where you can get the apple crepe recipe. I usually make the recipe from this website of Living Foodz. It is one of the best websites for all the food recipes. You will definitely get the apple crepe recipe from here.

I have never made crepes to be completely honest.. I've eaten them but never made them!! I can't rightly judge this recipe if I've never had it, but I've got to say: It looks DEEEEE-LISH!! The apples make a great addition!! Thanks soooo much, Henrie!
