Poppy Seed Cake

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups corn oil shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 13 ounce can evaporated milk shopping list
- 6 teaspoons poppy seeds shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl beat eggs then add sugar and oil.
- Beat well.
- In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with evaporated milk then mix in poppy seeds.
- Pour batter into a greased angel food cake pan and bake at 325 for 1-1/2 hours.
