Chalupa Dip

- 2 cans Old El Paso refried beans, warmed to spread shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 3 avocados shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 packet taco seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped shopping list
- 3 tomatoes, diced shopping list
- shredded iceberg lettuce shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- black olives, optional shopping list
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- Dippers shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix together avocados and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
- In a baking dish or serving dish with edges, spread the refried beans.
- Spread the avocado mixture on top of the beans.
- Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the avocado mixture.
- Sprinkle the scallions on top of the sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes on top of the scallions.
- Sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top of the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the lettuce.
- Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
- You can also garnish with some chopped black olives.
- Serve with nacho chips.
