How to make it

  • Preheat the oven at 180 C
  • Scrub the chicken with the salt (a lot of it and everywhere you can), do not remove the skin
  • Pour the lemon juice over the chicken
  • Put the chicken into the oven and raise the temperature to 230 C
  • When you see it starts getting a beautiful golden color, add the fruits cocktel and the chicken concentrate, put the temperature back to 180
  • From time to time with a big spoon pour the juice and the lemon on the chicken till its ready.
  • If you want to you can let dry a little bit the juice, you can be sure you'll get a really tender chicken!!!
