Spicy Ranch Marinated Shrimp

- 1 pound shrimp (I used medium) shopping list
- 1/2 cup [ranch dressing] (Buttermilk Ranch Dressing) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons Go Chu Jang (Korean Style Hot & Sweet Sauce) shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix marinade ingredients, set aside.
- In a 9 by 13 baking dish pour half of the marinade over the bottom and spread. pour shrimp over the marinade in bottom of dish. Spread shrimp so that they lay in as much of a single layer as you can get it. then pour remaining marinade over top. Stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- When ready to cook, remove form refrigerator. and either skewer and grill. or in a large skillet over medium high heat add half of the shrimp in a single layer, cook until done. remove from skillet and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining shrimp. once all shrimp are done. remove from the skillet and add to first batch. Cover and keep warm. Pour remaining marinade from dish into skillet with the juices from Shrimp. Cook until reduced to a thickens sauce. about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
