How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  • Melt butter in skillet and cook green onion about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook another 2 mins or until shrimp is just done.
  • Transfer to a bowl and mix in breadcrumbs, 1/4 c. cheese, egg, lemon juice and dill weed.
  • Pour melted butter into ovenproof pan and turn mushrooms to coat. Stuff each mushroom cup with the shrimp mixture and top with more cheese. Pour the wine into the pan.
  • Bake until cheese is melted and light brown; about 15-20 minutes.

    We made something similar with Portobellas, stuffing with sausage, chives and Fontina cheese - then broiling. Really wish I could eat shrooms, but my guests loved your recipe(and they smelled awesome).
