Hamburger Bun French Toast

granddaughter wants french toast, no bread around but a pkg of hamburger buns. Well, this made the best french toast she ever ate, she said. These were indeed yummy
Ingredients
- 1 pkg of hamburger buns shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- oil to cook, I used peanut oil shopping list
- jam, syrup, butter etc shopping list
How to make it
- Separate top and bottom of buns
- press with hands to flatten them
- Combine eggs, vanilla and sugar
- whisk egg mixture together
- Heat some oil in skillet to medium high
- dip buns, both sides in egg mixture
- fry as you would french toast
- Note: you may need to use more eggs as needed to use up more buns to fry
