Tuscan Chicken Pasta

- 8 ounces Rotini shopping list
- ½ cup diced onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes shopping list
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into matchstick strips shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- 26 ounces tomato and basil Pasta Sauce, or your favorite flavor pasta sauce shopping list
- 1 cup cooked chicken strips shopping list
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Begin cooking rotini according to package directions.
- 2. Meanwhile, in a sauté pan Add oil, onion, garlic, zucchini; Cook over medium low heat until onions are tender. Add the sundried tomatoes, cook another 5 minutes.
