Peanut Butter Cream Pie

- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter (Unsalted) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup corn STARCH shopping list
- 1/2 cup COLD water shopping list
- 3 egg yolks BEATEN shopping list
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 9" Pre Baked pie shell shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- CHOPPED peanuts (saltED) shopping list
How to make it
- IN SAUCEPAN BRING MILK BUTTER AND SALT TO BOIL
- IN SMALL BOWL, MIX SUGAR AND CORNSTRARCH WITH WATER. WHEN SMOOTH MIX IN EGG YOLKS.
- GRADUALLY STIR IN ONE-FORTH HOT MILK MIXTURE INTO BOWL WTH CORNSTARCH MIXTURE.
- STIR BACK INTO MILK MIXTURE IN PAN AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT WISKING CONSTANLY; RETURNING MIXTURE TO SLOW BOIL AND BOIL AN ADDITIONAL MINUTE OR UNTIL THICK AND SMOOTH.
- REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT AND WHISK IN PEANUT BUTTER AND VANILLA.
- POUR PIE FILLING INTO PRE-BAKED PIE SHELL.
- COVER SURFACE WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATRE UNTIL SET AND CHILLED.
- TO SERVE REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS
