Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls

- 8 Oz crab meat, chopped small shopping list
- 8 Oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 6 - 10 egg roll wrappers shopping list
- Cooking spray shopping list
- Sweet and sour sauce (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the egg roll wrappers. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the filling onto the center of the wrappers. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold two of the corners into the center. Fold a third corner in and roll to the last corner. Place on baking sheet generously sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining rolls. Spray the tops of each roll with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
