French Baguettes

- 4.5 cups of All- Purpose flour shopping list
- 2 packets of yeast shopping list
- 1.5 cups of warm water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of honey shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Stir yeast, honey, and warm water in a large bowl, let it sit for about 5 minutes
- Add flour and salt, stir together well
- Knead for 10 minutes
- Put in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes (The longer it sits, the crispier the bread)
- Shape into form of a baguette, cut slits in the top, and let sit uncovered for 15 minutes
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until bread is a golden brown on the top
