- 5 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon pieces shopping list
- 1 cup sunflower kernels shopping list
- 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries shopping list
- DRESSING: I would buy some cranberry vinaigrette dressing shopping list
- 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined using a fork or wire whisk. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.

I've made this several times now. I omit the salt as I find the bacon and cheese give it plenty of salt. I also use the sugar reduced Ocean Spray Craisin's and unsalted raw sunflower seeds. The flavours go really well together, we just love this sala...more
