Pasta Veggie Salad

- 16 ounces small shell pasta, cooked,, drained and cooled shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or light olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed shopping list
- Garlic powder to taste shopping list
- 1/2 large cucumbler, seeded and diced shopping list
- 2 to 3 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/2 large green bell pepper, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet or red onion, diced shopping list
- Mayonnaise shopping list
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to cooled pasta and toss to coat.
- Cover and chill 30 minutes.
- Add cucumber, tomato, green bell pepper, carrot and onion to pasta. Toss to combine.
- Add enough mayonnaise to moisten salad to taste. Cover and chill overnight.
- Add additionl mayonnaise before serving if necessary.
