Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

- 1 package plain gelatin, dissolve in 1/4 cup cold water shopping list
- Heat all of the following ingredients shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup pumpkin shopping list
How to make it
- Add gelatin and cool
- When cool beat the 3 egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff
- Fold into pumpkin mixture
- Pour in baked 9” pie crust
- Chill
- Serve Cold
- Top with cool whip
