Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 3/4 lb of cubed beef sirloin
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of dark beer
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 2 (6 oz) cans of tomato paste
- 4 (15 oz) cans of kidney beans
- 4 chopped chili pepper
- 2 tsp. of oil
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 can of of beef broth
- 1/2 c. of brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp. of chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. of cumin
- 1 tbsp.of cocoa
- 1 tsp. of oregano
- 1 tsp. of cayenne
- 1 tsp. of coriander
- 1 tsp.of salt
How to make it
- First take some olive oil in a medium pan over medium flame.
- Then add in the onions, garlic, and meat and cook until brown.
- Then add in the tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato paste, and the beef broth.
- Now stir in the spices, plus the 2 cans of kidney beans and peppers.
- Let this simmer over a low flame for approx. 90 min.
- Then add in the last 2 cans of beans and simmer approx. 30 more min.
- Serve!
