My Sister's Awesome Salad

First had this salad at my sister's house for Easter dinner a few years ago. We love it. And being inspired by Janet's Mixed Greens With Parmesan Crisps I decided to add red grapes this time. Read more It was a perfect addition. The pic is not that great, a little heavy handed with the blue cheese here...lol. I never measure stuff like this, just add the amount that looks good ratio to you for the amount of greens you have. See less
Ingredients
- Leafy salad greens (I had spring mix and spinach), washed and drained well shopping list
- crumbled bacon shopping list
- mandarin oranges, drained well shopping list
- red seedless grapes, halfved lenghtwise shopping list
- chopped pecans (or whatever you have, like) shopping list
- blue cheese crumbles shopping list
- Ken's raspberry vinaigrette dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Toss together and drizzle with dressing
