How to make it

  • Combine all the ingredients. Place in a sealed container.
  • To use, place enough to coat the meat in a large resealable bag. Coat the meat with buttermilk poured in a shallow bowl. Add the meat to bag, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Bake meat as recommended.
