How to make it
- Heat water in a microwave till lukewarm, add yeast and sugar, mix it little bit and leave it for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Heat milk and butter in the microwave till butter is almost melting. Take out and mix well.
- In a mixing bowl, add flour and salt, make a hole in between and add milk and yeast mixture and mix altogether well.
- Take it out and knead the dough on a plain surface with little bit flour till smooth. the consistency should be much more thicker than bread dough.
- Transfer the dough back to the bowl and cover it with a cloth. Leave it for an hour.
- Take out the dough and divide to two halves. Knead them again, cover it and leave it for half an hour.
- In the mean time prepare the seasoning by grinding the bay leaves and fennel seeds to a powder.
- Pull the dough from all sides forming a circle with thicker edges and spread the pizza sauce leaving the outer edge, sprinkle some seasoning, salt and pepper powder, now spread the cheese dip(do not put too much), arrange with your favorite toppings.
- Bake at 380 deg in the topmost rack for about 25-30 minutes, till the crust turns golden.
- Heat a pan and heat the pizza for 2-5 minutes, if you want the bottom of the crust to be nicely roasted. Cut the pizza when it cools down a bit.
