- 4 lbs. beef shopping list
- 1½ cups basmati rice shopping list
- 10 allspice (whole) shopping list
- 10 cloves (whole) shopping list
- 10 black pepper (whole) shopping list
- 5 cinnamon sticks shopping list
- curry leaves shopping list
- 5 bay leaves shopping list
- ¾ cup vinegar shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- salt (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Put the Beef in a pot with the vinegar water and the spices and cook for 2 – 3 hours (you can properly cook in less time in the pressure cooker).
- Cook the Basmati rice using the Beef stock from cooking the beef.
- Serve with the Beef and garnish with parsley leaves.
