How to make it

  • Cook desired meat in skillet until brown, drain.
  • Cook jumbo shells according to package
  • Combine meat, spaghetti sauce & diced tomatoes together
  • Add garlic, oregano, & salt/pepper
  • On cooking sheet, coat lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking
  • Spoon a small amount of cottage cheese into shell, then fill with sauce & meat mixture, repeat til desired amount of shells are done.
  • Pour leftover sauce over shells in pan
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese for topping
  • Cooking at 350 for 30 minutes

    Good for you for making up a recipe you will enjoy. :) (Most Italians would cringe at the cottage cheese part.) I also love stuffed shells and have been making them for years.
