Grilled Catfish

- 1 tail catfish shopping list
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon margarine shopping list
- puree: shopping list
- 2 pcs red chilli shopping list
- 4 pcs red onion shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder shopping list
- 3 pcs nutmeg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- - Clean fish, remove gills, wash clean. set aside.
- - Cut off both sides of the body of fish, coat with spice mixture until evenly distributed. Let stand for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- - Grill the fish on top of burning charcoal smeared with a mixture of soy sauce and margarine.
- - Grill the fish while inverted until cooked and the flavors to infuse.
