Apricot Upside-down Cake

- 2 ozs butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 can apricots drained shopping list
- 1 can apricots drained and pureed shopping list
- 1 packet yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Using bundt pan or brownie pan place the butter and melt in the oven and then sprinkle with the brown sugar and then place the apricots in the pan.
- 3. In a bowl place the cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup water, the puree of the apricots and mix until smooth
- 4. Then pour the mixture over the apricots in the pan and bake
- let cool in pan then invert onto wire rack
