Apricot Upside-down Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Using bundt pan or brownie pan place the butter and melt in the oven and then sprinkle with the brown sugar and then place the apricots in the pan.
  • 3. In a bowl place the cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup water, the puree of the apricots and mix until smooth
  • 4. Then pour the mixture over the apricots in the pan and bake
  • let cool in pan then invert onto wire rack
