Bbq Brisket In Crockpot

- 1 large corn beef (Or beef ) brisket (4-8 pounds) shopping list
- 1 large onion sliced thin shopping list
- 1 bottle your favorite BBQ sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp Worchestire Sauce shopping list
- Rub Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 tbsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt & pepper to tasket shopping list
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp dried mustard shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp liquid smoke shopping list
How to make it
- Wash brisket (do not use seasonings that come with corn beef)
- Rub brisket with liquid smoke and put in crockpot
- Then rub brisket with rub ingredients (that are mixed together)
- Pour BBQ sauce over brisket along with worcheshire sauce
- Cover
- On Low setting cook for atleast 6 hours, (I cooked mine for 7 hours-till it was beginning to shred in crockpot)
- Remove and slice, serve with bbq sauce in pot
- Great with any side dish or as a bbq brisket sandwich dinner
