Cream Of Mushroom Soup

- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 (14) cans chicken broth USE low sodium shopping list
- 1 cube beef bouillon (low sodium) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sherry shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and cook the mushrooms in the butter for about 5 minutes then sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and pour in the broth a little at a time stirring constantly. Stir in the bouillon cube and sherry and then bring to a boil and remove from heat and stir in the cream heat through without boiling
- You can if you dont like the sliced mushrooms put the soup through a blended
