Diet Devil's Food Cake

This is a cake I experimented with using tips from Weight Watchers and the Hungry Girl, Lisa Lillian. I baked the cake in seperated brownie pan for portion control. Baked that way its 36 small pieces and in Cupcakes it would make 24. Read more On the Weight Watchers Points plus the mix itself comes to 48 points and the pumpkin is 0. So the points values depend on how many you make. My Family loved it and didn't taste the pumpkin until they were told about it :) See less
Ingredients
- 1 box of devil's food cake mix shopping list
- 1 can of pumpkin (not pie filling) shopping list
- 1/4 cup of eggwhites shopping list
- 1/4 cup of water shopping list
- 2 tbsp marshmellow Fluff shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of skim milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- add the first 4 ingredients into a mixing bowl
- beat on med until well blended
- mixture will be thick
- bake abt 20-25 minutes depending on your pan or cupcake tins.
- I did two small pans at 20 minutes each.
- in a mug wisk together the fluff and skim milk until its the consistancy of glue
- drizzle mixture on top of baked cake
- sprinkle the chocolate chips on top
