Healthy Shmealthy Muffins

- 2 cups flour, i use 1 cup spelt one cup whole wheat shopping list
- 1 cup rolled oats shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup veg oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup applesauce of your choice, i use apple peach shopping list
- 1 cup yougart shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup of orange or coconut juice shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, i use pitstachio or flax seed shopping list
- one large carrot grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
How to make it
- mix all dry ingredients and then add all wet, stir till mixed
- pour into muffin paper lined muffin tins and bake at 350* till slightly brown cool and and enjoy! makes a big batch, last for about a week of breakfast and snacks at my house
