Raspberry Cream Pie

- Pastry for one 9-inch pie crust (unbaked) shopping list
- 1 pt. raspberries (or blackberries) shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 4 T. flour shopping list
- 3/4 c. heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix the berries, sugar, and flour, and pile into the crust. Pour the cream over everything, and bake for 60-70 minutes, until the filling is pink and bubbly and the crust is nice and brown. Serve warm -- with whipped cream, of course!

I finally got around to making this. I ended up using 4 cups of berries as the pint just did not seem like enough. It sure is easy peasey though. Went together in a snap. Mine cooked for 62 minutes because the crust started to get a bit too brown ...more
