Beef Tips Over Rice And Gravy

we have this once a week
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of beef tips ( cut into small chunks) shopping list
- 1 tea of meat tinderizer shopping list
- 1 tea of garlic powder shopping list
- 2 bags of rice (boil in bag rice) shopping list
- 2 pkg of mccormicks brown gravy shopping list
- 1/2 of green bell pepper thin sliced shopping list
- 1/2 white onion chopped shopping list
How to make it
- place the beef tips in med pot
- fill w/ water over beef
- boil over med high heat
- boil down refill with water and boil down again
- boil rice till tender
- leave remaning water in pot
- mix the gravy as said on pkg
- pour into beef tips
- simmer till gravy is thickend
- serve over warm cooked rice
- enjoy!!!!
