Fudge Pecan Pie

- 1 cup of light corn syrup shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3oz of unsweetened chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 teaspoon coffee or instant coffee shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 350 degrees. Stir in corn syrup and sugar in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, coffee and butter and stir until melted and mixture is smooth. Cool slightly. Whisk in eggs, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into crust. Bake until filling is set, about 40 to 50 min. Cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
