Chocolate Zucchini Cake

- 115g butter shopping list
- 120ml vegetable oil shopping list
- 350g White sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 120ml sour milk ( see note ) shopping list
- 5ml vanilla extract shopping list
- 250g All Purpose flour, sifted shopping list
- 5g baking soda shopping list
- 1g cinnamon, Ground shopping list
- 1g ground cloves shopping list
- 3g salt shopping list
- 20g unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 280g zucchini, Grated shopping list
- 20g walnuts, Ground shopping list
- 40g semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together butter or margarine, vegetable oil and sugar.
- Add eggs, sour milk, and vanilla. Blend well.
- In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
- Blend dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
- Add grated zucchini, and mix well.
- Spread in a greased floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) oven for 45 minutes.
