Mini Pizza Bread Scrolls

- (dough) shopping list
- 300g plain flour, plus a lil extra for dusting shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 2 tsp easy blend dried yeast shopping list
- 200ml warm water shopping list
- 1 tbsp oil, plus extra for greasing shopping list
- (filling) shopping list
- 100g smoked ham shopping list
- 100ml tomato and chilli sauce shopping list
- 85g grated mature cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
How to make it
- sift the flour and salt into a bowl and stir in the yeast. make a well in the middle, add the water and oil and mix into a soft dough.
- turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 10mins or until smooth and elastic, then put into a lightly oiled bowl. cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1hr or untill doubled in size. meanwhile, line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
- knead the dough lightly, then roll out thinly on a floured surface to make a rectangle.
- chop the ham. spread the tomato and chilli sauce over the dough. sprinkle with ham, cheese and oregano.
- roll up tightly like a swiss roll and cut into 16 slices. place the pieces of dough on the baking tray. cover and leave to rise for 30mins. meanwhile preheat oven to 230oC.
- bake in the center of the oven for 8-10 mins, or until well risen and golden brown. serve warm or leave to cool on a wire rack .......enjoy =)
