How to make it

  • put all sliced green chilli in a jar.
  • Add in a small bottle of white rice vinegar.
  • Add in 6 tablespoon of sugar
  • Let it stand for 2 days
  • Add in a cup of water to dilute it otherwise the smell of vinegar is too pungent.
