Spiced Pork Chops With Apple Chutney

- 1 TB butter shopping list
- 5 c (1/4") cubed peeled apples(about 3 apples) shopping list
- 1/4 c dried cranberries shopping list
- 3TB brown sugar shopping list
- 3 TB cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- Pork: shopping list
- 3/4 tsp ground chipolte chile pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 4(4oz) boneless,center-cut pork loin chops,trimmed shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Chutney: Melt butter in nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add apple;saute 4 mins or till lightly browned. Add cranberries and next 6 ingredients;bring to boil. Reduce heat,and simmer 8 mins or till apples are tender;stir occasionally.
- Pork :While chutney simmers ,heat grill pan over med-high heat. Combine chipolte and next 4 ingredients;sprinkle over pork. Coat grill pan with spray. Add pork;cook 4 mins. on ea. side or till done. Serve with chutney.
- Slender haricots verts are a nice sompliment to this meal.
