How to make it

  • In a 10 inch skillet, put a small amount of oil and saute the onion. Cut the hot dogs into 1/4 inch slices and cook with the onion about 5 minutes over a moderate heat, stirring frequently. Add potatoes, stewed tomatoes and water to just cover everything. Add seasonings. Continue cooking over moderate heat until potatoes are tender.

    March 29/16 Absolutely loved this recipe. Quick and easy to pull together and totally different from the usual goulash. As it is 5 stars but the next time I make this recipe will top the recipe with some corn bread and bake in the oven. Know it will put it over the top good.
