Hot Dog Goulash

- 1 lb. beef hot dogs shopping list
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 med. size onion, diced shopping list
- olive or vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 med. size potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces shopping list
- salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika to taste (not too much of each) shopping list
How to make it
- In a 10 inch skillet, put a small amount of oil and saute the onion. Cut the hot dogs into 1/4 inch slices and cook with the onion about 5 minutes over a moderate heat, stirring frequently. Add potatoes, stewed tomatoes and water to just cover everything. Add seasonings. Continue cooking over moderate heat until potatoes are tender.
