    Oh Boy!
Your smothered that slice of ham with a much of pineapple.
I like curry, and sweet pineapple and ham seem to go together.
Thank-you for this very nice sounding recipe.
Have you ever cooked a ham with pineapple Juice and red hots candy? When I was told about that way in preparing ham I thought it sounded a little strange, but it turn out rather nice. You just melt the red hots in the pineapple juice and place in the bottom of the roasting pan, basting the ham ever so often until done.
    Kind Regards
    Joyce

This looks & sounds delicious. Have you thought of changing it up a bit by cubing the ham and adding toasted cashews & serving over rice? (Knowing how much you love cashews, bet you'd love it!)
