Slow Cooker Asian Ribs

- 5-6 lbs ribs (beef or pork) shopping list
- 1 lg red onion,1 lg vidallia onion,sliced shopping list
- 1 jar plum jelly shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
- 3 tbs rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp chinese 5 spice powder shopping list
- 2 tbs grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 8-9 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tsp chili oil shopping list
- sliced scallions for garnish shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- place ribs on bed of onions in slow cooker
- mix next 8 ingreidients together and pour over ribs
- set 9 hrs on low 6 hrs on high
- remove ribs to a plate and cover with foil
- pour juices from slow cooker to a sauce pan
- simmer till reduced and pour over ribs.
